We may collect your name, mobile phone number, order and pickup details, payment status, communication preferences, and information needed to operate the ordering service. Payments are processed securely by Square; we do not store your complete payment-card number.

How we use information

We use information to accept and fulfill orders, coordinate pickup, provide customer support, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, improve the service, and send messages you have specifically chosen to receive.

Text messaging privacy

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us deliver messages or operate the service, only for those operational purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not provided to unrelated third parties.

Message frequency varies. Order-related message frequency depends on customer order activity. Marketing message frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Your choices

Text-message consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase. You may reply STOP to any Sabor a Perú text to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also call us at (224) 480-7123. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from completing an order you already placed.

Retention and security

We retain business and transaction records only as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
