These terms apply when you use the Sabor a Perú website, place an order, or opt in to our text messaging programs.

Orders, payment, and pickup

Menu items, quantities, pickup locations, times, prices, taxes, discounts, and promotions are subject to availability. An online order is confirmed only after Square reports a successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and pickup information.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact Sabor a Perú promptly if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Refund eligibility depends on order status, preparation, product availability, and the original payment method. A cancellation notice does not by itself mean a card payment was refunded; card refunds are complete only after the payment processor confirms them.

Order Updates SMS program

If you check the optional order-updates box at checkout, you agree to receive texts from Sabor a Perú about that order, such as confirmation, preparation, readiness, or pickup information. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Food Club marketing SMS program

If you separately check the optional marketing box or request to join by text, you agree to receive recurring promotional texts from Sabor a Perú, including menus, specials, and ordering announcements. Frequency varies and will not exceed 4 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of Sabor a Perú text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (224) 480-7123. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and SMS consent. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply.
